Hell yeah buddy! I love that belt! I kept mine close for years now, best customer service (long wait thoug), quality and design. It works great in low profile situations and lends itself to full combat loadouts and reindexing mags in those pouches is the endgame for mag storage
@KitBadger5 жыл бұрын
Agreed, lots of versatility in this set up.

It's the tactical turducken: a belt around a belt around another belt.

Neat belt. I might have to try those pouches out. I struggled when it came to reindexing quickly with my BFG 10 speeds. I was thinking about going to Esstac Kywi's, but they've got a kydex insert. The whole idea was to have something that was low pro and layed flat when empty. Definitely going to give these a look now. That Dump pouch would also free up space on your belt. Not that you should want to fill your belt up, but real estate is always nice to have just in case.
@KitBadger5 жыл бұрын
Yes on both counts, the Burros pick up where the 10 Speed lacks. And that dump pouch is rad. :)
@kyrnicole10395 жыл бұрын
Why do you prefer pouches that lay flat when empty ?
@bradchenoweth75845 жыл бұрын
@@kyrnicole1039 I prefer my gear to be as low profile and light as possible. The least amount of stuff to snag the better. I try and keep my gear as slick as possible while staying scaleable and versatile. The fact of the matter is, I'm not a war fighter and home defense and potential bad situations are all this stuff is for so being light, maneuverable, and snag free while carrying only the essential gear to patch holes, keep a rifle/pistol running, and to supply skittles is really all I need from my belt. I'm not 100% set on laying flat, but its a very nice feature. The downside was reindexing mag, but if these make it easy and the opening wont break down over time and close up, then these look like a no brainer. I'd rather have a soft pouch than something hard (kywi) for what I'm using my gear for.
@KitBadger5 жыл бұрын
@@kyrnicole1039 because it is out of the way. If I'm done with the pouch, why bother having a rigid box to get caught on stuff, to include getting in / out of vehicles?

Good Guy "Rad Dad" Ivan, with exactly the review I needed -- a few months ago, before I botched it and ordered a bunch of stuff that didn't work out with my rig. Oh well. Guess I shouldn't rely on KZbin's "Subscription" display. I can't believe I missed this one -- this pad is exactly what I need for my Blue Alpha MOLLE Belt. What a great design. Thanks for the reviews, as always. 🤙

Would be nice to see a compare/contrast their design has with the Arbor Arms belt you had previously talked about, since they seemed to have utilized similar systems. I'm not too familiar with these sorts of belts, plate carriers, etc as a civilian, but as I want to be involved in shooting sports, I'd like to "buy once, cry once" regarding the equipment.

I may do that when I finish up my review of the Arbor Arms.

@krisgee95535 жыл бұрын
Yes that Burro mag pouch does! "Works well with all Pmags. (5.56mm, 7.62mm, AK) When using the Burro with steel AK-47 magazines, we recommend de-horning the edges for easier re-indexing and less wear on the elastic."

Hey there boss I enjoyed the video it was very informative and I was just wanting to know your thoughts on this belt compared to other war belts. The price seems kind of high and I'm wondering if it's worth that price. Also if you could please tell me a couple alternatives. Oh I have a question. I'm in the market for a gun case To take to the range? something that can hold multiple long guns and possibly a couple pistols. Something durable and weather proof
