Well, Tick as a level 1 is not that bad. You may get jumped a lot by assassins because of the lack of a gadget but Tick's sole purpose is to zone out the enemy. And be annoying so the level doesn't matter a lot, Unless you play with randoms.

Snakethug you can do charlie and meg startegy it works 100% you need healing meg gadget and plus 1 gear and shield and charlie yeah you now its better then mico charlie and even mayby better then berry charlie because with berry you need to go in zone for 1 sec. I was playing cordelius in solo showdown, the entire lobby was teaming except fro one guy playing as shelly. We got rid of her and just kept spinning until the smoke closed in. As people became aggressive, I would use my super on someone to protect myself. I woluld spam the jump gadget in case someone was on top of me. I managed to get second place by teaming
