Moe is actually still really good, especially now that the projectile is slower, if someone moves in the wrong direction its easier to hit 3-4 times with one projectile, whereas with the fast projectile it was more a roll of the dice.

Imo, both Kenji and Moe are still top 2-3 brawlers. They didn't touch what makes them strong: Moe still has his broken super and Kenji still has his insane survivability with super, gadget and heal from attacking.
