it was Gojo's hand that twitched in the pool of blood. Geto is fine, Toji directly stated he didn't kill Geto because his collected curses might all get released at once if he died, so Toji was being careful not to have to fight a thousand curses as well.

The reason why Toji recalled his son was because he was yapping about how he was able to defeat all these powerful sorcerers with their overpowered abilities, their blessings. Megumi is Japanese for "blessing". Just a cool fact I thought I could mention.

Toji explanation SPOILERSSS Toji can’t see curses bc he was born like that. He left the zen in clan cuz they were abusive since he had no cursed technique (that’s how he got his scar)this is also y gojo can’t sense him with six eyes bc he has no cursed energy. However he trained himself to sense curses using his five senses and is gifted through heavenly pact that’s why he’s so strong. After he left the zenin clan he met his first wife and they had megumi. His first wife was also the one who stopped him from murdering his whole clan but after megumi she died and Toji abandoned megumi then he also got a new wife. We dont see his second one but im pretty sure he left his other wife as well (not divorce but like a long distance thing)(tsumiki fushiguro is megumi’s step sister). It was his first wife that he thought about before he died. (How he pulled 2 girls idk)
