The lady on the right looks like a VERY young Israeli singer Chava Albertstein, I would say. And she also sounds like her, so she is probably her. The lady on the left I do not know. The rest I do not know and the Hebrew text only says "horsham ha eucalyptus", which is "garden of eucalyptus trees", the name of the song.

Not sure but they may be part of the Karmon Singers and Dancers, and one of the singers is Naomie Shemer.
