Wish our snap on guy was like this. He hasn’t shown up in over a month. Guess “coronavirus” panic got him taking a vacation but he still remembers to hit the card each week. Order stuff and sometimes he gets it in still waiting on a set of sliders for a small box I have in my jeep. Just spent 15k with the matco guy and he just gave me a straight % off the whole lot. Top and bottom box cart and a locker and a heap of tools. I can call him on any day of the week and he will always try his best to swing in the shop if we need something replaced or need to buy something. I love snap on tools but he just rubs us the wrong way.
@SawyerSmoak4 жыл бұрын
The individual dealers make or break the brand for me. I've had multiple bad experiences with local Matco dealers. Snap On shows up at the same time every single week and gives discounts on cash deals, so he gets most of my business.

I called up a Snap On truck, he told me he had one, BUT he also told me that the one Matco sells is much better, its made by Lyle and would be easier to use. Got an issue I’m sure you have come across... I’m running out of room in the toolbox so I’ve been working in organization in said box... I use almost exclusively impact sockets and have been looking at socket organization... My 3/8 impact sockets sit all stupid... I’ve tried the organizers from sears, Lowe’s, Home Depot, harbor freight, snap on, matco, everyone... I’ve wanted to get the westling machine ones but don’t think they will work... we need to get a company making a good quality socket organizers specifically for impact sockets... sick of having my sockets out of place because they just don’t fit... am I alone in this “struggle”

Koon Trucking you can adjust each socket clip on those, right? $100ish each? That’s a steep one for me... right now I’ve been really enjoying a non magnetic version of what you are talking about... personally I’ve been looking into a tool grid system off the Matco truck for a few different drawers in both my tool box and my roll cart... also been considering getting another roll cart as a diagnostic cart... trying to avoid dropping $12,000 on a Snap On TUV from Ebay, lol
