I sold my old red top/bottom box updated to service cart in Green KRSC46 at home. I’m now working in a small engine shop repairing lawnmowers, snowblowers, and such so I don’t need a ton of tools. I ordered the smaller cart KRSC326 in Royal Blue. Green is nice but it becomes overwhelming. I have gotten my Snap-On tools stolen in the past so now I purchase Napa Carlyle for this shop.

We don’t have any T700 trucks but the best thing is find the circuit that is blowing the fuse and just start tracing it down you will find where it has a rubbed spot or pinched place on the wiring where it shorts to ground. Just be patient and you can find it.

Back in the 90's before they made bushing drivers I would use a bolt with a socket over it and a 1/2 Dr extension with a hammer or a occasional zip gun bit cut short extending about 2 inches from the end of the zip gun. I'd put the end of the zip gun into the extension. Had I only thought of this idea back then I could've had a fully funded retirement account and maybe even retired early in life.

Wally if your SNAP ON Dealer hasn't ever given you a couple pair of socks he's failed to do his job. That came straight from my Snap On guy this past week who I've been buying from for 3yrs. Once he realized it he went and got me a long and short pair for FREE! He went in the bottom drawer of a box on the truck and we're talking regular size box and it was FULL of Nothing but Snap On Socks and he said take ur pick. I was tickled to death. I got 2 coats last year, one black and 1 gray (winter coats) but those were my first pairs of socks.

If even do business with Hamilton. Problem is im in South Carolina and yall are in Mississippi
@KoonTrucking6 жыл бұрын
No snap on has territories. I will be honest if you can get him to come by and you purchase some stuff from him. Just open a truck account. You will build a relationship with him I’m sure quickly. Most dealers seems to be “pricks” because many times guys get on the truck and just fuss about the price of things. Everyone wants something cheap but keep in mind Snap On is the king so they don’t have to do cheap. People will run down the street to flag a snap on truck down to buy tools from and I honestly don’t blame them. They won’t come to your business if you never buy anything either so ? Maybe he’s been burnt at your shop. I would try calling him or send a text and ask him to call you. I’m sure he’s a good guy if you give him a chance. I would just tell him up front you plan on going snap on. Tell him what ur looking for and what your budget weekly is and go from there. You might be surprised how well it will work out for you. I hear people fuss about their snap on dealers all the time but at the end of the day that’s how me makes his money is by selling tools. The real root of the problem is they probably don’t buy from them that’s why the dealer stops coming by. Or they wanna complain about the price of everything on the truck. But if you give him and chance and buy from him he will cut you some deals and come by when you need him.

@@KoonTrucking people really do get extremely butthurt over snap on. I don't understand why. I don't personally care what brand of tools anyone else have i buy what I like. Some people spend their money on strip clubs and drugs after work or the cheapest anything for their whole life. I spend my money on the tools I need to earn my living with bc I enjoy it enough to do so. I don't dread paying the snap on guy. Not bc I'm cocky or rich which I am by far neither. But bc I honestly do love what I do. They either get it or they don't. I'd rather be a snap on addict than a dope addict haha. Wrenching isn't something I have to do I want to do it and I'd prefer if possible to use snap on. But if not... Bluepoint may suffice. Lol jp. I agree people always wanna talk trash about me buying snap on and all the money i “wasted” because i bought it. Hell its my money. If i want to pile it up and burn it, it’s my money. Some people want fancy clothes or the newest Jordan shoes or fancy cars, i like nice tools. And those people that prefer harbor freight, can buy it, no skin off my teeth, don’t affect my paycheck or my career. I don’t listen to that because you can’t please everyone. The funny thing is if i don’t like country music (which i like all kinds of music) i wouldn’t click on a KZbin video that had something to do with country music in it just to leave a comment like “country music sucks” there’s gonna be haters but hey let them hate they have nothing else to do and mom has probably fussed at them to get off the Xbox for a while or that gives them something to do while fornite is downloading !! has there ever been a time when you seen the price of a snap on tool and said you got to be out of your "beeping" mind. I know some of their tools are way better then others. On the other hand some prices are way way out there. I don't get the justification. I'm not picking on snap on because matco prices never changed put yet their hand tools are now made over seas. How can they say back that. I love snap on scanners with the test component mode. I really like their balljoint press because it holds the cups. The digital torque wrench is nice along with the flex lock wrenches awesome.. I think those are priced ok but I've seen some crazy stuff that I couldn't justify unless it's made out of gold and I don't know.
