But many people and apparently valve do not understand that these changes absolutely destroyed movement mechanics, WHICH were POSSIBLE, WITHOUT, ANY, BINDS in CS:GO, and which they totally broke in CS2 and people looked for alternatives ( CONFIG FILE ) to at least bring it closer to what it was in CSGO, to be actually able to USE YOUR FULL SKILL in cs2 you maitaned in CSGO. And it is not that movement is to FLEX or sth and we movement players do not care about the game, but it actually gives you an advantage when You practice it, and that is what it was. We spent hundreds of hours practicing and not only "we" but Pro players and everyone basically. Now we can't do most of it because our lovely REVOLUTIONARY SUBTICK makes the game RANDOM, you can't unleash Your potential in this game. I have recently played CSGO old version and oh lord, I'd never be able to hit the shots in CS2 I've hit in CSGO (and we speak about shots and movement, theres much more to it, that does not work and is RANDOM in this game now) How can You rely and let your skill be judged by RANDOMNESS, it is frustrating, but valve do not understand it. From a cool military game they are doing a weird "modernistic" sport changing everything to make it look more fit for I don't even know what.

I am also a member of the movement community, we can still do our stuff and that is the reason that command exists but not on official servers. But before implementing all this they should have fixed the inconsistencies arising from various movement mechanics. They game really feels so poorly optimised and to make it worse the movement is sluggish. However, new people find it really hard to get accustomed with all the config stuff we got going in Counter-Strike

You can always get better at the game by learning and practicing having scripts for doings things for you is just weird you should be able to do all that on your own it's actually a really great move by valve and randomness is what makes a game a game

@@Dreamer-b7w It's not making it for yourself, As I said I did not need any of this in CS:GO. And in csgo there was no such randomness, you want a randomness, that's what it is all about, I would not argue if they've made a SEPARATE game CS2, but they took csgo away and we have this:

honestly i think snap tap/null binds weren't that strong, it was just making it easier (NOT THE KEYBOARD PLAYS FOR YOU) its like 20% improvement, Rapid trigger is wayyy bigger advantage and can't be moderated. They should have just embraced it with a setting addition because it needed its own learning curve because you couldn't stop unless you practiced.

@@beovulf7241 We can,since it's just one command. I am using it currently as well. There might be conflicting aliases or chain cfgs, would suggest remove all cfgs and do the setup again if you cant find the issue

Valve is coping with the fact that they ruined their own game and a ton of people don't like it anymore so they are coming up with their own ways to remedy its issues. The movement and shooting are terrible now.

appalling changes as per usual. banning snap tap and the likes is fine with me, but essentially killing all movement binds is just plain ignorant as it's their fault people had to make use of them in the first place, after fucking up bhops etc. with the introduction of cs2.

Remove nulls or any aliases with duck,attack, and jump. Bind it in the keyboard menu or use: bind w +forward; bind s +back; bind a +left; bind d +right; bind ctrl +duck; bind space +jump; bind mwheelup +jump; at the end of your autoexec and restart game. Hope this helps

It wont get you banned, it simply doesn't work anymore after the new update although there are workarounds. We can do crouch jumping without any binds, I l be making a tutorial soon.

Rapid trigger should work since it’s just minimizing how far the key has to go down to activate instead of snap tap that allows you to overlap movement keys

If you don't have an app, most likely you don't have snap tap feature as well on your keyboard. Try searching your model name on Google if you are getting kicked from servers
