15:08 Overclock the memory. That will fix the problem. The issue is memory bandwidth; 4GB of shared DDR4 3200mhz (25.6GB/s) is not cutting it for these games despite being in the hardware. Doom Eternal, Sonic Frontiers, Minecraft Dungeons, etc, those games may run on the hardware but's not the ideal way to play such titles in the first place. I would know, I feel awkward using 3 chunks to run Minecraft in 40-60fps with my NVS 2100M GPU.
