Well, only sheeps can beleive in everything without thinking.. i mean just tell me, if Samsung not chickened out, and the S24U still called to Note 24, and releasing with the iPhone 16, they still can fool you to only compare it with the already one year old iPhone 15..? By the way the benchmark is just half of the story, how they use that is another part.. like in benchmark the CPU part is idle, but in real games the CPU also in use, and guess what will happen if you poor CPU need to use more power to reach the same performance? Yes it will take away the ressources from GPU, and you can use less power on the GPU, just because your CPU is weak as a 2 years older chip.. just check Dame Tech WarZone test, it's not just benchmark, it's real games with real results.. and S24U max out the GPU to 100% on about 2100x980 resolution with "just" 52fps.. but iPhone 15 Pro Max have about 2800x1300 resolution settings and not even reaching 100% GPU load (93%) with 62fps.. so better resolution, better fps, and not even as high GPU load as on Snapdragon, this is what the weaker GPU can provide..?

Snapdragon is smoother when you first buy the phone, then Samsung starts throttling your phone illegally, and google maps stops functioning, and KZbin freezes when scrolling. Due to bugs happening within 6 months of owning Samsung, Apple Pro wins. But Samsung snapdragon is way better than Apple Plus processor. For some reason nobody mentions frame rates when comparing, and that is most important conversation for videos and games.

Qualcomm on the moment time is use 4nm die and Apple 3nm die. Apple get the almost all the 3nm wafers from TSMC for her own use, and rest get empty bottle. For sure SD Gen 3 close the gap VS A17 chip and pass it on multi core, and still use 4nm die. This will bring competition over Apple (good for the market) and as it shows in the next 2 years... if Apple don't use more core from the 6 now and only 2 very Hi clocked and rest just toys, SD will pass it even on Single core. as it seems Apple stays on her eggs for longgg time... It is NOT a VS reply (iPhone user 13 Pro Max here)

Apple needs to really upgrade the GPU first. Their CPUs are currently on its peak. Just need to add 2 more cores and a better GPU and cooling system, thats actually gonna tear the Snapdragon

They are not even the same generations.. i mean if Samsung still has hus balls, and the S24U still called to Note 24, it's releasing with the iPhone 16.. they are still can fool you to only compare that SD8G3 with the already one year old iPhone 15? Also the benchmarks just numbers (wherr the CPU is totally idle.. and guess what will happen if the CPU also take away ressources, because the games also use CPU performance unlike benchmarks.. more power for the weaker CPU to do the same what the stronger CPU can do with less power will also take away more performance from the GPU) And just because of this the WarZone already maxing out the 100% GPU load on SD8G3 with about 2100x980 resolution and 52 fps.. but iPhone (which is not even this generation competutors, it's the Note 23/S23U competitor..) can reach 63fps with way better resolution, about 2800x1300 and the GPU load still "just" 93%, so it's not even the limit. Higher fps on much better resolution, and also with lower GPU load is even a shame between the same generarions, but this A17 is not that yet..

that's a desktop chip so yea, it would score way higher than the sd8g3 IF it was in a macbook, since it's inside an ipad it's so under-clocked which would put m2 very close to sd8g3 which the m2 should beat it by a big margin if it was a good phone cpu, so yea not comparable and dumb to do

@Grass_rock-kb7gi the video only stated some crappy data, i mean the SD chip already capable to capture 320MP images for years.. and who care is the up to 320MP bullshit on the marketing paper, if everyone use it with 48MP camera..? By the way just check some real game comparison like Dame Tech WarZone Mobil comparison where you can see the S24U already reached the 100% GPU load just with 2100x980@52fps, but A17 used "only" 93% GPU load for 2800x1200@63fps.. so this is the difference between marketing bullshit and real world usage, even if the iPhone runs the game on higher rendering resolution, it's running on higher fps too, still use less GPU capacity for that, and that is what's count.. not the benchmarks, the real game results.. (in benchmarks the CPU side is idle, but in games you use a lot CPU performance too, and if the CPU is pretty weak, it will take away more power like a stonger CPU for thr same performance, what does this mean? It's remain less performance for the GPU, if you need to feed more power to the pretty weak CPU, because here those are not idle like in GPU benchnarks..
