Try a smaller diameter tool 6 mm or quarter inch diameter tool is just too large. Also try ordering some single flute cutters. 3 mm or smaller. Also using your primary or first cutter use a ball end mill (this will reduce the amount of resistance and your primary cut)then go in with a sharp corner end mill.

the depth shld be like 0.1mm that way the bit can cut aluminum away with the available power and structure of the snapmaker. Sure the time to do the job will go up but have to identify the sweet spot for depth. As far as loose structure is concerned see if there are loose screws and tighten it.

I believe that the spindle bearings will not last long if work with aluminum. I working of some adjustment, stay tuned

Sehr Interessant!

I think not that a single flute will give better results it should even more vibrate then this what I used. I use the 65HRC grade that is the hardest material and should work for everything how ever in the moment I not found a smaller one. I am working on some adjustments and will make a new video with my findings in some weeks.

The real issue is the rigidity of the CNC router. You will never get rid of the chatter.

use 3mm 3fl carbide endmill, depth of cut .127mm, feedrate 2000mm/min. 90% alcohol mist spray. Your welcome.

Ur also climb milling, try conventional milling meaning ur cutting backwards in simple turms. Also try making ur set up more rigid

Your took tip diameter seems to be too large, use something like 2-3mm and use a single flute cutter.
