Snap on scan tool is mostly trash. Barely wants to connected to the car, takes multiple times. Doesn’t have a lot of important special functions that my 1000$ topdon has. It has lots of specials functions listed but then you try to use it, it says function unavailable, basically false advertising. It is also missing simple stuff like posting if the code is current, history, or stored. It will only do this on a few vehicles, so you don’t even know if you’re suppose to be chasing a current problem. Updates are ridiculously overpriced. If it wasn’t for the scope I would trash the damn thing.
