Snapper from a Kayak

In this short film I was undecided in the morning on where to fish and what to fish for. I ended up having a lazy start still trying to figure out where to go and what to do. I then made the decision to try somewhere I haven't fished before in the hope of finding a snapper. Knowing that there had been a few getting caught in the area I figured why not have a crack. After about 50 minutes of not getting a single bite and still having all my baits on, I finally hooked up on one of the greatest snapper baits (trevally).
I learnt from the making of this video that you can always find a good fish even if you haven't tried a spot before and just stick to the knowledge you have and using a sounder that you trust to find fish, which can increase your chances of catching that target species.
