Sienkiewicz is just one of those once in a generation geniuses. And one of the rare ones at that who seems to be just a genuinely nice person.

I'm glad I grabbed this issue on a lark, I love the study of comic art and the subversion of expectations for visual storytelling.

I'm glad you touched on the mad genius of this book. There are perhaps dozens of sequences in E:A just as rich and full of wildly ambitious creativity - you could fill this channel with videos on them. (And glad you credited Miller's narrative daring here, it's one of his greatest formal accomplishments.) This book really needs a critical reassessment of its lunatic brilliance.

Love this book - so much to talk about. BTW, if you care about fussy pronunciation things, it's *sin-KEV-itch* not *SINK-o-vitch.* Cheers.
