I use MuseScore to write notation already, I am talking about the page flip feature, specifically. A scrolling cursor could be helpful for students, too.

What word do you say when counting out a sextuplet?

I personally use "higgledy-piggledy" with my students :D

1 ta ta an ta ta. But it's much easier to just say 1 2 3 4 5 6. And to make sure you land it nicely ; use 8th note counting on sextuplets. It'll help you see the sextuplets better. Honing in on its placement in the beat

Just count a triplet but put a ta in between the notes so 1 ta la ta li ta
