As someone who has tried a lot of options here's my opinion DONT try the DIY method. I feel that monster and red bull gives me the most energy and makes me feel the best. Gfuel tastes similar to monster very natural flavours, sneak tastes similar but a bit more artificial. And razor wire is the worst ( different to razer respawn) out of the option I'd recommend getting both sneak and gfuel there litterly the same thing

Yea g-fuel does show I full contents while sneak shows everything including sneaks b-3 level is 2.6 or 2.3mg and over 20mg of b-3 is bad for you body and makes you nauseous while g-fuel has 15mg two g-fuels in a day is bad for u

not to mention gfuel gets away with small amounts of lead in it because of American regulations, yet every scientiest will tell you that there is 0% safe amounts of lead and it should never be consumed. Sneak is far more transparent, natural flavourings and unlike gfuel and energy juice it actually has a better balanced and lower amount of vitamins, which is awesome and I don't understand why energy juices are always trying to give you 100% of your daily allowance in a single can. Just calm down and balance it better. Also Sneaks flavours taste more sweet and sour, so they taste similiar to actual enery drinks, where as gfuel tates chalky and like pre-workout powder. Some gfuel flavours taste okay that I've tried, but you know, the lead that's allowed to be in them is kind of like off putting and you would have to be ret**ded to actively consume it after findning this out. We have more regulations and transparances in Europe and companies are accountable for what they do, where as it's the opposite in america and the money and lobbies talk louder than justice and actually giving a damn about their consumer base.

I've tried both and gfuel made me feel like I was on adderol again and I didn't like it. Sneak gives me a nice slow, constant energy boost vs gfuel feels like I'm high and makes my heartrate sky rocket.

Ice water? You just fill it with cold water, mix, and drink. The thing inside of the shaker cup is a form of a mixer to help mix the powder and water more efficiently. Most shaker cups come with some form of a mixer. Also, like G Fuel and other energy drink powders, it is meant to chug to get the full effect, while lasting several hours. Sipping it will give you some over a period of time but you won't get the full promised effects. Lastly, when testing, you need to do a larger sample size and do an average for more accurate results.
