Dude a platypus assasin would be amazing... cause you know platypi have a venomus spur on the inside of each hind leg... damn I want a mini of a platypus assassin.

I dont know truly is platypi is the true plural form of platypus... I took a chance.

Okay I can't stop thinking about a platypus character... they could swim fast with webbed feet, stay underwater for up to 10 mins and have natural venomous spurs on their legs... ability to withstand cold water with their dual layer of dense fur... these guys could be like navy seal assassins escaping detection through the waterways in and out of castles... a couple of platypus brothers raised by a sorcerer who trained them in the arts of illusion and subterfuge... their on a mission to kill the sorcerer who totured their mother and forced them to carry out assassinations for him... they can also absorb light and re-emit a different color... I'd imagine that would come into play... despite their harsh upbringing and dreadful duties they have a surprisingly strong moral compass and they respond well to lawful good and lawful neutral characters but chaotic evil would be kill on site as it would remind them of the torturous sorcerer from their origin...

@CritHitTheGiant dude imagine the assasin brothers Plat carrying out their revenge and befriending a band of good heroes who are all out for this evil sorcerer for numerous reasons... on the way to the sorcerer they rescue each good hero, we've got a story of a chaotic good smooth talker about to be over taken by a pack of kobolds, then BAM a couple of venomous kicks and thrown daggers and they're looking at the guy all like "why are you on this dangerous path?" Then he's all like the sorcerer is known in my woods he's been taking creatures for experiments and I felt like foiling his plans and maybe making some coin and he's like a chaotic good bard... then he joins up... then we stumble upon this dwarf paladin who's fighting a group of evil drow and giant spiders... then the bard sings out to distract the crowd and BAM platypus assisins strike again making short work of them all... and the lawful good paladin is all like "im seeking the sorcerer who decimated a neabry church... damn I could go on and on and I keep picturing these black leather cowled platypus assisins and im like "why doesn't this exist? Why isn't this an animated series?"
