I don’t think Xandi ever liked Barbie so when Frazier had issues they formed the dreaded bond of having a common enemy. Frazier for sure invalidates Barbie’s feelings and idgaf if Paris is his friends ex (I believe it was Storm they showed), she hasn’t even showed any work ethic and you’re already bringing her into the drama. I know Barbie “doesn’t quit anything” but with the way Frazier is handling the situation, him and Xandi are just going to make it either a nightmare for Barbie or start the list to get her fired (we already saw him tell Captain “insubordination is a fireable offense”)…. Funny because this is now the second stew he’s recommending get let go and that’s not a good look. The only correct thing Ben has said is how Frazier can never keep stews around and that includes last season.

Fire Fraser...he is a bully and in everyone's business. He gossips and talks behind his workers back trying to turning everyone against each other. He is creating havoc below and above deck so fire him since he is the one out of control. Some people simply cannot manage and he is one of them give them a little power and their head explodes. He don't know how to delegate service cause he too busy gossiping complaining and nit picking at everyone. Captain isn't too bright either why did he sit at that table watching Fraser serve by himself and it was cold plates..Why wasn't above deck crew helping to serve also like they alway do then he let Barbie serve then next service all the dinner by herself. And he sits there saying nothing to Fraser about that service and why only one person bringing the plates up and then blames the chef and has a talk with him and letting Fraser get off scot free. Good next Fraser will tell him how to do things.

Paris is a total class act. Even before getting on the boat at the party, she was acting as "ships counselor" to most of the crew. Can't wait to see how she does. Seems very experienced at yachting. Dylan, the deck hand, acted like he should have gotten the Lead deckhand position. He has only been on the boat for 2 charters, and Sunny knows the boat better. So Dylan needs to put his ego in check and go along with the program. All the crew, no matter what rank gets paid the same out of the tips. But dylan's unwarranted big ego does not let him understand that.

I 100% agree. Frazier has gotten out of hand and been veryuntactful in his talks with the Captain always about those under him behavior when it feels 2nd grade like. He says he demands respect…but dude you got to give support have it come back to you. Very petty. I was shocked he went after the chef and that his kitchen was such a mess. The clients who had so many dietary restriction makes it near impossible to get food out at same time. That wasn’t the cooks fault. Frazier didn’t help cleaning pits and pans and then has audacity to go to captain to complain. He acts like he a superior rank than the chief which he absolutely is not…and go running up to captain to Bitchy’s about it and thankfully the captain is Switzerland when it comes to the 3 leadership of cook, interiors and exterior. I think Cap should call him out on making mountains out of sink holes…teeny tiny sink holes.
