I can’t get on board with the gotta-stay-young beauty standards of today - medspa Botox and lip fillers… the plastic surgeon neck and face lifts. Demi Moore, Nicole Kidman, Cortney Cox on screens make it ok? How real are people inside when the outside is artificial? Not for me. The fake faces are masks and are too distracting for me. I can’t get into the staged drama either. Can’t we just get away from the illusions of edited/contrived lives and personalities on TV, computer and phone screens? And start living our own lives?!!
