Praise God for the "Unity of Family"!You remind me so much of my "deceased husband". My husband was so gentle, and loving,he lived everyday to be a Godly loving man,who loved taking care of his wife, and children. Your wife is beautiful, and so humble! Lastly, you prepared your tuna casserole perfectly! And,you're correct everyone adds condensed soup to their casserole. Thank you again blessings to you, stay encouraged!

I knew you were a great cook when you said you grate your own cheese , and don't by those pre-shredded cheeses with a pound of cornstarch in them, to keep them from sticking. You need to grate your own cheese and as soon as I heard you say that, I kept on watching the recipe.

Yum Yum, thank you !! I didnt make home made cream based soups more so until late in life. There came a point in time I looked up the soup can ingred's. So, when I dont have the energy to cut everything up I will use onion powder (What a wonderful gift) and garlic powder .. enough to count. So you make like a roux, think gravy type flour base which is like a cream base and pretty much the same with any soup you make except the main flavor ingredients. This one is pretty much the same a mushroom soup since that is what we are making for the base of Tuna Noodle casserole or Hamburger Beef Stroganoff which is the same as Tuna casserole except for the meat and any personal preferences. i start with cooking up the mushrooms and butter, add flour, salt, garlic and lots of onion powder. Garlic and Salf are a personal pref thing. Be cooking the noodles. By the time the noodles are done the fast version of this should be done. Ive never used 3 cans of 12oz ea Tuna but Im sure its yummie. So, it doesnt take long to make a soup base, add the noodles, turn down to low heat, adjust moisure level. Add sour cream to taste and tuna last. And anything else you want. And Cheese if you want. I adjust flavoring after the sour cream. I use a lot of sour cream and want to make this in a hurry so dont bake it. i dont like peas so they are not even considered. Think whats the difference between Beef strogonoff and this ? The meat and personal preferences, thats it. Great for larger fam's or for single ppl who can freeze it and through it in the microwave. Comfort foods like this are great to cook larger for these days, but normal fam size meals and freezing in serving size zip locks or containers of your choice, label and eat later. The are so appreciated. Any kind of beans, Chinese food, Mexican food .. name it.

Wow you make your own noodles! I prefer egg noodles for casseroles like this because they keep their consistency and texture better than noodles without egg. Do you make egg noodles too? I love the way your casserole looks...I'm hungry now and must make tuna noodle casserole! It's EVERYBODY'S favorite. Comfort food. I love that you don't use canned condensed soups. Those do make things easier and tasty, but they're not the healthiest. My mother made a dish called pork chops with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans with bacon. She used canned mushroom soup but golly, there's nothing that brings me back to that protected place in childhood more than pork chops with mushroom gravy. Do you make that?

@@sneakeey1 Awe that is so sweet of you. You and your family are adorable. Side note: Actually, I don’t know what you believe or if you believe the Bible but you’re ancestors are a lost tribe of YsraEl. A sect of the Jews I believe. Also, The Irish, Chinese and American Indians are lost tribes. Of coarse it’s not what brings salvation but it is being revealed. Many things are being revealed. I just looked at your video today but I was looking at other videos also on this tuba noodle recipe. Sone used broth and lots of garlic and some used thyme and some used onion powder and lots of salt n pepper. One used sweet red bell peppers which I don’t think we would care for. I sure wish we could taste each one to see what we liked. 😃 I’ve got an egg noodle recipe I use for my paprikosh soup but I want to see your recipe and how you make your noodles. We don’t have a lot of room anymore so I’m not sure if I want to do all that with noodles. I know they are better homemade! They even have instant pot recipes for tuna noodle casserole. I have an instant pot but it’s a different brand. I chose farberware because it stays on more than 10 hours. I can have soups stay warm a couple days and anybody can get some whenever they want. Can’t use dairy products if you want to keep it warm for days though. And meat is only good a few days. Just vegys can keep longer. But the soup is usually gone by then anyways, LOL I so appreciate recipes, especially homemade and delicious! Do you recommend anything different than what you did here? Over time have you made it again or changed it? I’ll be making it soon. I may come back and let ya know how it turned out or if I tweaked it cuz I think I liked yours the best, the way you made it. Much Shalom to you and your beautiful family!
