Hello Kristen! Would you please tell what’s the ratio of liquid to use when cooking pasta, rice or any other dry items if I want to replicate any other regular recipe to the instant pot ! Thanks to you I began incorporating more pasta recipes because I have the opportunity to use the homemade broth ,more delicious/nutritious!

Hey! It is not always an easy ratio, and sometimes it takes me many many failed tries to perfect based on grains. For rice it is always a 1:1 ratio of rinsed rice to liquid. For pasta, it is typically slightly over 1 cup of liquid for 4 cups of pasta.

Have you tried freezing and thawing? I wonder if the noodles would get mushy? Otherwise, I would make that and freeze for work lunches.

Hey there! I don't recommend freezing dishes with sour cream as it can separate once thawed.

I like to avoid canned soup, which has too much sodium. This recipe looks perfect, but I was wondering if it could be halved, as I have only two people to cook for. Or is it possible to set aside half the casserole and freeze it for the next week's dinner? I've never frozen cooked fish before.

Hi Marguerite! I personally love pouched tuna myself for similar reasons. As for cutting the recipe in half, yes that would work perfectly for this recipe. Keep the cooking time the same and cut the ingredients in half. I don't recommend freezing dishes with sour cream as it can separate once thawed.

Hi. I don't like Tuna. BUT.. I am searching for a way to make frozen southern diced potatoes in instant pot. The crisp them. So I would like to see a video on this. O'brien potatoes there is no I.P. video. You know, those southern style diced frozen potatoes. Or, make them from fresh, and make breakfast potatoes. Thanks.

Hi Carol! Unfortunately the only way to crisp frozen O'Brien potatoes in the Instant Pot would be to saute them in small batches. It is better to bake them, use an air fryer, or pan-fry.

An easy recipe has no more than three ingrediants. #1-Bread #2-butter #3-peanut butter. If you want a difficult recipe you can use toast but this is not for the novice.

IF YOU COOKED IT WITH REAL "CHICKEN" BROTH THEN TECHNICALLY YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE EATEN IT ON FRIDAYS DURING LENT. BROTH FROM MEAT, CHICKEN OR BEEF etc. IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR FRIDAY FISH ONLY MEALS. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT EAT THIS "TUNA" CASSEROLE IF YOU USED "CHICKEN BROTH". :( REPLACE CHICKEN BROTH WITH VEGGIE BROTH & YOU ARE GOOD TO GO. :)

This is 💯incorrect. Broth made from meat is totally acceptable during Lent. Look it up.
