You should try out the Adidas alphabounce, really comfortable and cheap as well. Owned both the alphabounce and the NMD r1 and the alphabounce was relatively cheaper and was of a higher quality

I agree with most choices except, again, the Nike Air Presto. If you want a nice ultraboost alternative check the NewBalance Freshfoam Cruz, the material is knit just like the boost (so it breathes unlike that neoprene nike thing), they have a nice suede cage (even more comfortable than the plastic ultraboost cage designed for running support but not for casual use), the cushion is also more comfy than the nikes, they're cheaper and depending on your taste some colorways may even look better than the Ultraboost themselves (although the boost midsole is still better than the Freshfoam or the Air cushion). Seriously check 'em, I'm about to get my third pair to have more color options for matching.

I mean... if you're paying retail Jose. Stan Smiths go down to around 30-40 regularly and us at /fmf are hounds for deals, lol. You can easily just grab the uncaged UB's for 126 on top with the uni discount if you don't like waiting for an ultra boost deal. Prestos are nice, but let's not settle if you can get the best for the same price. New Republic shoes do look nice, but I'd definitely be more interested in their other leather shoes since the cushioning of their white sneakers probably isn't great(since it's not a tennis shoe). Solid video for sneaker/shoe starters though. The vans is probably what I disagree with unless you genuinely like how they look. I'd just get converse chuck taylors(not 2s or flyknit version). The uncomfortable and hard as a rock midsole kind. They are great for dead lifts and squats while being fashionable outside the gym. They secretly perform gym duties while also being a decent casual shoe since your cushion type runner sneakers isn't advised for weight lifting.
