Do you consider to ally english this campaign? I think their Warrior class ironclad may help you dealing the late game AI navy. And it is lots of fun to control an 42 gun ship in the battle if you never tried.

@@demomanchaos I'm sure he can manage to get away with that, especially in the late game. All marines from 3 nations are very powerful, but warrior class has no rival.

I know you probably record more episodes at a time but I've found that agents are a great way to remove allies by inciting revolts

Navy is all of your fleets and fleets are groups of ships. So you're right in saying that is you navy because its a single fleet. Love the series you've made BTW.

Using Kihetai in middle or late game will really really worth it, especially after gaining kneel fire.

And after all those accuracy upgrades the only stats matters is rate of fire, which Kihetai definetely excels at.

They are an elite unit that you can recruit as many of as you want about a dozen turns in. They buff nearby units, and by the time you can get a unit that can beat them straight up, they will have so many ranks they will probably beat said units when they are freshly recruited. Also they have a decent base charge bonus, and with the +3 charge from being Choshu they can counter charge very effectively if somehow traditional units manage to close range. Also they take no winter attrition. So Kihetai rush is a viable strategy, allowing you to make the most out of your early game advantage with them. Basically if you are doing a multiplayer campaign, when players are spamming levy spears and just getting out line infantry, you can throw these at them. You will gun down just about everything in the early game, and counter charge what is left of the levy spears to win. In campaign these units are top tier for how early and easily you can get them.

My advise would be to get a bunch of rifle units and wait in fort. When they storm, don't put units in the baricades, put them behind. So when the enemy clims up they can be shot down easily. Even when you just use levi infantry.

Why would I shoot at them once when they've already climbed up rather than shoot them many times as they're running towards the wall, and climbing the wall, and then backing them off to fire at them again when they reach the top? Doesn't make any sense.

I would not do trade with the Kummamoto, bacause they tend to defect the tenno pretty early on.
