I understand that u r trying to give the audience 100% authenticity but asking homies about murders they have not been convicted of is highly disrespectful....there is no statute of limitations on that...I know ur heart is in the right place but u should refrain from asking those kind of questions.... as a matter of fact asking anything that they have no yet served time for comes off as extremely cringe.....other than that ur show is bomb homie... great conversations and u guys keep it 100%!

I thought the same exact thing, this man he interviewed had so much trauma so much that haunts him and the host would just dig in like tell me!! Tell me why you can’t sleep at night who did you kill? Where was that at? What kind of car did you drive back then? For god can you tell the viewers how many people you killed? Can you take me to your barrio and show us the workings of your hood..,dangerous dangerous dangerous..can you tell me what that mans brains felt like in your hands? You were still able to eat tortillas and tamales with your hands without thinking of the brains??? The host seems to push for the trauma to be unleashed and he may be using that for the monetary part of this, without the drama it won’t turn the embers into a roaring fire, this stuff equates to revenue everyone on these platforms is selling the worst part of humans doings.

This guy also has a good side as well. The first time I hit the county jail, I was 19 years old. I was a good kid who did not pay traffic tickets and had no incidents with law enforcement until I was locked up. The horrible justice system did not help me. This guy was my guardian Angel. I was scared but he was my rock and assured me I was going to okay. I was not suppose to cry but I did. He did not make fun of me of call me punk but was friend who showed a compassionate side. Rest In Peace Dean Huerta. He was the young man who was shot. RIP Luis REIMER Hernandez was also a young casualty of the evil that prevailed in our community. Unfortunately, not only the gang members had it bad but regular folk had it bad too.

If there's anything that separates BARRIO DRIVEN from other talk shows is the fact that they actually go to these locations where people lost their friends, they go to the parks and hangout spots, they show the neighborhoods where it all happened. I've never seen that before on any talk show especially when it comes to the homies. usually it's the morenos who like to show locations and what not . Salute to the guy who makes it all happen *Vince Romo* your show is gonna hit 100K before you know it homie keep going , the people need to know how raza gets down and it's not just stories and MOVIES. it's all real life events

The more you share your testimony not only is God moving in those who are listening but your mind is being renewed we're supposed to have ptsd unless your a robot having feelings shows you got heart.i had night terrors as they say, I have trouble concentrating, depression, but what got me the most was those nightmares they felt real I woke up shielding my kids screaming crying fighting choking someone I had no peace I would pray and wake up screaming for jesus I found this scripture that said you will not be afraid of the terror that comes at night it's actually in Psalms 91:5 but that was just one of the promises that I cling to when I read the word of God because if it wasn't for him I would have lost my mind and the more you surrender the more commit yourself to the ways of God and his promises the more you'll be delivered and the more peace you have no matter what we seen or what we've been through in fact it's a blessing to have lived that life and know there's hope after it's all done thank you again for opening up bro just by sharing you help me because I don't want to be on the fence no more committing your life to God is the strongest thing you could do as a man joining a gang getting high and living to use and abuse is easy there's no honor in that

When you discuss PTSD I can relate as I suffer from it as well from what I have seen and done in state prisons and believe it or not watching your series is therapeutic for me. I can see and hear what effect it has had on other, sure some may think we were on different sides but we all had to survive it. Prison is no joke and one of the hard parts for me was seeing many talented, smart kids get sucked into this lifestyle. Love your show and will continue to watch.

When we get into the gang banging lifestyle, and most will land in prison- a few things happen that many of us don't realize at the moment, and or don't give a f**k; we take our families with us-when we are running wild, get busted, or wind up in the hospital. When we unfortunately take someone out, or even when enemies take one of ours out, we don't think about this consequence. We will never be the same again, we hurt ourselves, we hurt our families, and down the line we do hurt our homies (because eventually law enforcement comes into play and retaliation from the enemies we went to hurt); and this also is very true- we hurt the family of who became our victim(s).
