The tall green barricades at Seletar North Link are actually where ships transport construction and building materials like sand and gravel from Malaysia, and the construction trucks will transport them to various parts of Singapore. The tall barricade is actually to prevent the wind from blowing away sand mountains that are temporarily stored while waiting for transportation. You can see them with google street view. 10:15

Our legs are very fragile actually don't over push and do it otherwise once the damage is done it's very difficult to rehabilitate back to good condition again. Like the case of the 2 Singapore brothers who have leg problems in their twenties but after learning how they do challenges and like to run and walk all the time it's no wonder their legs give up on them.
@relativelybasic2 жыл бұрын
humans have conquered bigger challenges than this. walking 100+ km isn't going to kill you.
@anglo-saxonconnor8172 жыл бұрын
Of course not. It won't kill you. It will just kill your legs if you keep abusing it all the time. Once the damage is done you will wish you are dead and screw the challenges. There are fates worse than death.
@johnwig2852 жыл бұрын
@@relativelybasic You clearly aint in sports science. The whole damn point is simple, progressive training before attempting any challenge. You probably never heard of cases whereby ppl do get paralysed from attempting challenges in areas they dont even do. As for Sushi, he was clearly in army before which is why such a walk wont do any damage for him.

You were at Tanjong Pagar area, yoga pants and gym outfit are actually a regular feature there. That area is loaded with gyms, fitness studios, yoga studios, boxing gyms, martial arts academy, etc, many OL and office workers who care about -social media acceptance and physical appearance- their health would spend 30 mins to an hour of time going to their whatever gym before going for lunch. Source: I used to work around there
