Hacked mine as well and super happy with it...this unboxing was clearly already unboxed before as the controllers and console came nicely wrapped in thin styrofoam "envelopes" for lack of a correct term. Everything was just kind of loose in this box

​@@lasvegaslife5770on the original one, yes. Tou can have the 4 savestates and rhe in game savgegames like on the origibal cart. For example, F-Zero, Super Mario kart and Punch out atill holds the highscores even if uou don't hava any savestate. On the knockoff, sorta. You can onlynsave theough a savestate. But unlike the original, in game saves will not be avaiable, not even highscores.

Nonsense. The SNES is, perhaps, the console with the best library so far. Many NiNtendo farnchises started there and many great and memorable games were released as an exclusive on that console.

That’s probably the best game on the snes classic. Well maybe not objectively. I have memories from my childhood playing donkey kong country for just a minute on a ship. It was nice. Also played some Asterix game as well. These two are the two snes games I long to play again!

Sadly, they were discontinued years ago. I've managed to get one on January 2nd, 2019. They were so hard to get, and there weren't many made. Luckily, Nintendo do sell them time to time on their website as refurbished conditions, but it's really rare for that to happen as its not common

Loooove the genesis/mega drive mini! My personal favourite of all the mini consoles. It had the Japanese version of Dynamite Headdy if you switched your region. The game was easier, had cinematics, AND a different ending!

I have the NES, SNES and the Genesis Mini II... hacked both nintendo consoles and not only added more NES/SNES titles, but the hacking software allowed me to add Atari, Game Boy, Sega Master System and Turbo Grafix 16 games to them so I actually got 6 consoles out of 2. couldn't be happier with them (that NES controller cable length is still annoying tho lol)

It's hard to say. I like them because I like having a small version of the original console, with high quality controllers, that can play every game from that console. But unless you can find them for MSRP or below I don't think it's worth it. There's tons of other options, like a raspberry Pi, that can do all the same things.

Well it is emulation, so if feels more like that. But it's very good emulation with a very good controller. But it can't compare to playing the original on a old crt tv

Each game that originally supports save files will save like normal. But each game (even ones added through mods) also has access to 4 save states.
