I was actually insane enough to play and beat this game when I was a kid. It's a cold comfort to see that Tsunao isn't much better than I was at the stages, although they got the bosses down to a science I was never able to execute consistently. I never knew how to exploit Deathstrike's weakness, and usually Android Bomb would catch and kill me due to me losing time from dumb things.

It's amazing how there could be two completely different versions of the same bad game. Not to mention the SNES presentation is substantially worse than the Genesis, which is usually backwards. And to the music...hey that funny bit where you just say the character's name sounds cool with Robocop vs The Terminator, not so much here.

For me Genisis version is MUCH better. Yeah, SNES game has great grafics music (in some levels), but overall it is a very difficult (in a bad way) and boring game. Genesisv version wasn't awesome either, but at least it wasn't so long . And the music was also better. Brutal, screaming guitar in every level was excellent.

Both versions of the game on Super Nintendo & Sega Genesis are not really good. Half of the people preferred the Super Nintendo version because they explained the plot of the game better while the other half preferred the Genesis version because the controls aren't very messy.

One of the worst games on the SNES. By the way thre combination for the lightning strike against Lady Deathstrike is Down+A+X. Also the creepy doll can still kill you after you beat the boss.
