What I like about your blogs is that you’re not trying to be super slick or make like you’re super fast. Just a genuine trackday experience and pov. Excellent.

Thank you very much mate, I think that comment summarises me totally lol. That’s the sort of person I am and that’s what I am trying to portray. I just want everyone to feel the trackday experience with me rather than shout out about my bike upgrades or speed or constant laptime chatter Thank you for the appreciation

Exactly, I am always so so rusty and even nervous at the start of the sessions but then it all falls into place mate . But I think I need to really get fit this year and really get my head together first thing in the morning before I start getting these rusty moments . Thanks for watching and commenting my friend

I love your videos and love your performance parts review and tips. I want to start recording my trackdays, so was wondering what editing program your using and what program to use if I want to put some music in the edited videos? Keep up the great chanel!!! Regards Felix Sweden
@ChasingTenths3 жыл бұрын
Hello Felix, I have a few friends from Sweden who follow the channel now. It’s so lovely and they are all so enthusiastic & super appreciative . So, When I started KZbin in 2019 I had a basic laptop and so I could only have a medium powered editing software , so I downloaded Filmora X . Slowly slowly I learnt how to use it best way, through KZbin . There are so many channels on KZbin who teach you Filmora and it’s a very easy software to learn . I didn’t download the pro version (it’s complicated a little and expensive ) and just concentrated on Filmora X and now even though I have a MacBook Pro, I still use the same software . It’s easy and does a great job . And I think it’s 60 euros for life , no monthly subscription. In terms of music , KZbin has a lot of copyright free music for new creators , lots of songs built into it . But you can pay 9.99 euros a month and get copyright free music from Artlist or Epedemic sounds. But KZbin has plenty of music for free . Let me know please if you need any help or advice on this . I am more than happy to help . Feel free to join Chasing Tenths group on Facebook page so you can contact me directly . :) Thanks for taking the time to comment

Hi abi Great video mate. What did you do different to get a 2.05 lap compared to your normal lap times?
@ChasingTenths3 жыл бұрын
Hey Leeroy, this was my third time on this circuit and I honestly felt so stuck on a 2 min 12 and really couldn’t find any answers because I am normally much quicker so I think the second day (part 2 video to be launched next week ) , I really put my head down and tried follow the fast boys and tried to see how they exit the corner and their entry speeds. Especially last sector that long right hander, Plus I had my suspension sorted properly by MTS suspension , plus the tarmac was super hot on day 2, that really gave me super confidence, first time in my life I felt that tuned suspension really helped me. So I think it was a mixture of many things plus a little brave too on day 2. All will be shown in part 2, you will really get a better understanding then. Honestly , I was so chuffed because I really found this track hard work . Feel free to ask any more questions :)
@peterwilliams61103 жыл бұрын
sounds like the quick shifter needs a sensitivity adjustment
@ChasingTenths3 жыл бұрын
You are absolutely spot on there Peter, and I did try to do it but there is an LED type display on it and I pressed a button and the whole display went blank so I didn’t know whether I am decreasing or increasing it so I left it . I have the bike booked in now so I will be getting it properly sorted . The thing is the problem actually sorts it self out on second session onwards on every trackday

I love Snetterton! What gearing are you running from stock Abhi?
@ChasingTenths3 жыл бұрын
Hi Paulie, it’s a stunning track isn’t it . I am running 43 rear 16 front , I tried 42 rear and 16 that was too long and 44 teeth was just a bit too aggressive and I was constantly changing gears , but this 16/43 is perfect and in part 2 it will come in really handy when laptimes tumble down
@PaulieG13 жыл бұрын
@@ChasingTenths Thanks Abhi, are they 16/41 stock?
@ChasingTenths3 жыл бұрын
@@PaulieG1 I think some had 41 and some had 42 depending if it’s pre 2015 or after , both are quite long toothed though I found 16/43 is just right Great for a track like Silverstone And perfect for somewhere like Mallory park
