Abhi, the opening cinematics and music score on this video are absolutely phenomenal, love the effort you put in!! Cracking video again and really enjoyed watching your progress, after hearing your comments about smoothness I could see what you meant, absolutely a good idea to work on that this season, crashing hurts!!! I will say one thing about your riding I've noticed over the last couple of years, you are brave Abhi I'll give you that, fair play to your commitment 💪🏻😁 Enjoyable as always my friend, thanks so much for continuing to share and entertaining, keep having fun pal and many thanks, as always, for sharing 😁🏍️👍🏻

Thanks Gareth , I totally respect and appreciate your comment there. I think every track event gives one time to reflect and finds ways to improve. I hardly ever take any coaching but every time I had some little coaching , its made me realise how much faster and safer I could be if only I could be a bit more smoother. With bravery comes reward but at times you pay the price. Coaching is the way forward in 2024, thats for sure. Thanks for the appreciation as always , next episode will have a lot of intensity and info.

As always great video production and presentation sir 👌 im assuming by how out of shape and unstable the old Ape was looking on the front at the end of day 3 in those last few laps with the logger on u might have worn out the front tyre and it bites u in the bum the next day ? 🤦‍♂️ I’ve got a 11 plate rsv4 trackbike with a 19 engine in it , sadly like u say things have moved on eh , that ape chassis it still one of the best out there but like u say that extra 30 horses makes a massive difference but also I think the elephant in the room is that the modern electronics are so much further forward now too and give u a lot of free laptime being able to lean on them so much on exit . If u don’t go down the route of a later rsv4 id be tempted at a newer R1 it’s probably the only other engine out there with as much character as the v4 and a superb chassis 👌 I’d like to get over to Spain this year , some friends did that track last year and really enjoyed it , it looks quite technical and featureless and blind , takes some learning I’m assuming? looks awesome tho ! U at the Cadwell Aprilia 2 day event this year ?

I couldn't have said it any better, you have explained very beautifully of what I was trying to explain. I will mention the electronics points In the next video which you have mentioned because my 2015 bike still has pretty much the same 2011 APRC system.... in case of my front being a bit unstable that just mainly due to my steering damper setting being rolled down to make the steering of the bike quicker and lighter so I can have immediate turn in but it makes the front light and you can see it shakes and moves side to side..., I don't mind when the front shakes or moves a lot , I am used to it. That doesn't affect the tires too much , what affects the tires is the on off throttle which you can get with the bumpy nature of this track , there are some bumps at tricky places....... You must do 3 or 4 days track day in Spain , aLMERIA AND Andalusia is a great place to start .. cheap and cheerful.... in terms of the Cadwell park double Aprilia day , I haven't booked it yet but I will book it , I should be there , I try to do it every year except 2023 when we didn't have the Aprilia day. Thank you for the appreciation and watching the video so carefully. And yes, if I didn't have the new Aprilia next , I would definitely have the R1, Love the R1.

@@ChasingTenths ahh ok that explains it , it definitely looked like it was moving faster on the front and a bit more lively 😂 yes the original apcr electronics in their day were a game changer , but now quite basic tbh . Yes I couldn’t believe how cheap 4 days over there was including flights and hotel , definitely one for the list this year 👍
@ChasingTenths
@ChasingTenths 9 ай бұрын
@@invizzziblecitizzen7092 yes, I feel the APRC on off on off behaviour all the time , you feel it when the bike truly gets a bit unsettled, it turns the power off for a millisecond where as the modern bikes , the electronics help you go faster .. and yes If you do 4 days in a row in Spain It will transform you as a rider More saddle time equals consistency and performance You’ll love it , let me know when you book it

Really enjoying your Euro track day series, especially as I'll be heading out on my first Euro trackday myself very soon. One question I have is what does everyone generally do with their helmets, do people ship them with the bike, or take them on the plane as hand luggage?
@ChasingTenths
@ChasingTenths 9 ай бұрын
Great question that , so a lot of people put it with the bike with lots of protection around it , they put it on the bike seat or under the bike … some people who are Uber protective about the helmets take them in the plane but I will be Honest , it’s totally unnecessary, the helmets are totally safe in the stillage. What I do is , I have a table cloth with my KZbin channel’s name, I wrap that around the helmet . I have seen people wrap them in bed sheets . It’s totally safe in the stillage . Enjoy your euro , where are you going ? Thank you for the appreciation ☺️

Thank you very much mate , very kind of you , Almiera was my first ever euro track in 2018 and I started riding in 2016 on tracks in U.K. my time there is 1:52.1 But I really really want to go back there I think I can do better I never vlogged that track event because I started KZbin in 2019 You must do Andalucia It’s very very tricky to begin with but it’s quite rewarding when you get it right

Abhi..still follows all your videos,don't comment much...BUT the quality of your vids has increased steadily since your debut,very pro vids and you pick the right images assorted with the right music.Love it. Wont comment on your riding,this is a department where you up'ed the ante quite some in the last 2 years,while i see some on-off throttle mid corner quite often,especially in the slow ones? My question would be: Will you stay with aprilia when done with your 2015 RSV4?
@ChasingTenths
@ChasingTenths 9 ай бұрын
Hi Sylan, thank you very much for the lovely comment , I think the on off throttle part relates to the Assen Holland trackday as I have just replied to that comment on that vlog, riding is much improved here in Spain although I take silly risks ,.. I am definitely keeping the Aprilia It’s done me well Power is a bit less now 175bhp compared to the newer bikes but it’s pretty manageable and handling is superb Please do check out my reply in the Holland Assen trackday It’s much more detailed 🤗 Thanks again You always watch the videos with much much attentiveness
