Rocket Launchers and LMG's should not only forfeit the secondary slot, but also the sniper slot too. It'd actually be very cool if you could remove your primary and secondary leaving just the pistol. The Mauser's recoil issue will also be fixed since you can attach a stock to it. Wonder if you can do crazy mod like folks did post ww1 😅

Scanning the files I see the following guns coming in Season Pass 2: SMGs: Carl Gustav M45, M3 Grease Gun, Sjögren shotgun; Pistols: Ithaca Auto & Burglar - 12ga (double barrel shotgun pistol) and the Mab model d, Mauser M712 and Remington Model 95 Derringer; Rifles: Lee Enfield No4, Mosin Nagant, Pederson rifle T1E3 (semi automatic), Carcano and the Type 1 Arisaka. - Not to forget: the trip-wire mine seems to make a comeback;)

Another rifle could be the lebel 1886 Yes it was very outdated by ww2 but the game takes place in france and i feel that would make sense as a rifle They could also add the ribeyrolls (dunno which one)

I really liked the winchester. Sounds so mutch better and authentic than the default rifles.

The 1885 Winchester and M1903 are my "bread and butter". Enemies get hit with them and they drop like a sack of potatoes.

I really hope we get a French bolt-action, like a Lebel, Berthier or MAS 36. Seeing as this game takes place in France I think it would be great. A french SMG like the MAS 38 could be cool too I'd also love the game to get an an M1917 or an Enfield P14, cool rifle that's too often forgotten. And considering they've gone for some obscure weapons like the Welgun in this one, an Italian semi-auto, like the Armaguerra, Breda 35 PG or Scotti Model X would be really cool (with the latter being really good for high RoF semi autos)

in se3 i used almost only g43...i would like to see secondary defender mk2 looks similar to stein mk2 but with barrel like ppsh-43

Well u was right about drilling and Lee 4. So far so good. I would give up a sub MG for a launcher on certain maps with a few vics. Be worth it. All u need is a rifle and good hand cannon for most shots. Especially the 45 and p08. I've made some killer long shots with both pistols. Loud but long.

Well...... the Trench Gun is actually a variant for almost all of the other shotguns during WW1, WW2 and some parts of the Cold War. The Trench Gun back in Sniper Elite 3 and 4 was the M1897 model.

I'll go ahead and ruin the fun by revealing all the guns currently hidden in SE5's files: Sjögren shotgun Carl-Gustav M45 (why a post-war SMG?) M30 Drilling shotgun Winchester 1885 Auto Burglar double-barelled shotgun The rest are already shown in the SP1 roadmap.
