I made my first snippet roll last weekend. Here is the piece I embellished to send to Rachel for her birthday friendship journal.

Oh you're a sweetheart Ruth, thank you. I'm not surprised you were inspired by those gorgeous ribbon cakes! I immediately wanted to start tearing strips of fabric in preparation.
