7,500 storybook magic to fully upgrade, plus 500 for the basic one, so 8,000 total for 1. You need 2 for The Bind/LoL. 4 for Everafter, and 4 for Mythopia. That’s 48,000 for The Bind/LoL; 96,000 for Everafter and 96,000 for Mythopia. That’s 240,000 Storybook Magic to max all of them for each biome

@Sarafromnc I think it will come as we play. Meridas level 2 quest upgrades your shovel. I am guessing there is a quest to upgrade the watering can at some point. I haven't made it that far though 🫶🏼

I found white birds in forgotten and plaza. I haven’t checked others yet. Also, I don’t know if the traps are worth it. You really only need a finite amount of snippets for the lorekeeper as far as I can tell. And I think it’s fine catching them. I also think only have 1 buddy is all you need. Yes, you could do it faster with more, but TB is far more worth the buddies. I will prob make some at lowest level for decorating because they do look really nice.

I did put a lure trap for the bind before i saw this video and when you said that they only work in there respective areas i went to move the trap and it had lured some of the snippets in.

Put a bunch of lures anywhere in your original valley. You'll catch the white birds without any extra work.

ooo good to know about the traps! There is a horrid lag on the Xbox One version that makes catching them difficult (especially the demons that disappear before you can catch up to them) so the traps would be super useful

I placed the Olympic Trap in the bind and the slow trap still worked on the snippets, they even had the blue slow graphic still, same with the Lure Trap.

you missed the easiest way to farm: lures in any valley biome. will always generate white owl snippets. can be used to craft any other snippet. with 8 of the weakest lures and a buddy you can get a thousand plus per day.

I fell on a couple of Magma rocks on the first part of either the forest or the yellow fields - can't remember. The buble balls were there too :)

I disagree Mr Starinsky. I have arthritis and button mashing is extremely painful for capturing Bind snippets. I plan on building multiple traps for that biome so I can catch snippets easier there as well as for the other biome. I do agree that leveling them up is not necessarily beneficial. No it’s just random period, they won’t always spawn in your forest

Anyone know how we’re supposed to pronounce “Elysian” fields. I’ve heard all KZbin’s pronounce differently lol, and I assume it’s meant to be like “Elysium (Ee-Lee-See-Umm)” as in one of the locations of Hades in Greek mythology,

I only found 3 white snippets on Dazzle Beach. It made me wonder if they only spawn in one location at a time in the Valley. I wonder if there is a limit and if the spawn rate is time gated.

Magma is from mining nodes in mythopia. Volcanic Rock is what you get from digging.
