I see they will be available later this week. Is this a pre-order situation or is that the ship date?

(Markus) I have the empties available and ready to ship so they will be dispatched within a couple of days. For the kits I will wait probably a week or so to see how many chassis I will have to order since these are SLS-printed which I cannot do myself. It will take about 2 weeks to get to me so the kit orders will be shipped about 4 weeks after the order. For the installs the same applies plus I will need some time to wire everything up so that will be about 6-8 weeks in the end before I can ship.

Curious, how do you expect that 3D printed switch/spring to hold up over time?

(Markus) I used the same solution for my chassis for the Tusken Slayer by Watto's Junkyard. That saber was released in 2017 and since then I have not heard of anyone having problems with it. Furthermore you can easily replace it if you have to, I am going to show this in the disassembly video that I also want to do.
