Only problem i have with these skins is that Sett got the Epic skin instead of Samira,even though he literally just got a epic skin last patch and Samira’s skin is an ultimate skin in lol pc and Sett’s isn’t even legendary.

To me the issue is that not only they didn't nerf Karma/Sett they also gave it two great support cards. I feel like people are going to experiment with the new cards then they'll go for Karma/Sett.

No. That was confirmed to not be the case when the patch goes live. Not sure if it was a bug or a planned balance change, but it was not intentional that it was in the early access patch.
