My idea for Temmo 6 stars power. All Allies have Scout. It fits the bandle SCOUT and synergizes with his other star power.

0 cost champ idea silis but when played has bound and to unlock you have to play a spell card "break free" that costs 6 maybe and his ability is dealing 1 to all enemies during attacking phase?

A boring 6 Star for Teemo could have puffcap triggers reduce random units power per puffcap. Or maybe add a curse called The Gray to opponent hand reducing overall unit power. Would make it significantly easier to survive as puffcaps weaken opponent units. A strong power could be every so many puffcap activations discards a random card.
