I don't know what Higgins is doing differently but damn he was just an unstoppable force in this tournament, a side of John we haven't seen for a long time. There's definitely a reason he's one of the most decorated players of all time with innate ability like that

Your overdub sound is as good as ever, the table sound is a lot better and no longer a foul and a miss... I remember a kid a couple of years younger than me coming to my club in Glasgow many many years ago and beating everyone in the place inc me. That kid was the unstoppable John Higgins

KZbin recently recommended to me World Championship shot of the decade 1977 to 1986. All these shots you would get at the first attempt, in fact I would be surprised if you didn't. It was nice to see the difference between snooker from 40 years ago to today.

Higgins was a beast in this tournament. Probably the most comprehensive performance in a tournament in snooker history. Only Hendry in his pomp comes close IMO.

Probably your most accurate reproduction of shots yet ,nice one .Have you seen the Alex Higgins shots where he hammers the ball in to the corner pocket ,it jumps on cushion freeze and rolls along the woodwork into the opposite pocket ,I did it last week accidentally in practice while on a fairly decent break ,would love to see you have a go at it .

Higgins safety shot is probably the most difficult to judge just right with 3 cushions, the side and the pace have to be spot on... But they are all pretty hard to get first time none the less.
