I googled "best singer in the world" because it was my wife's birthday. She's into Opera and I'm NOT. I figured the best singer would be an opera singer... Dimash popped up. He was SO good that I cried the first 40 times I listened to him. My wife thinks he's amazing too...but it was I who became obsessed.

I really enjoyed this guest, he was quite animated, which is always very pleasing. I think he'd really enjoy Dimashs 'Stranger' (New Wave) performance, it'll give him some of what he asked for. Dimash is singing SOS by Luc Plamondons a Canadian lyricist which he wrote in collaboration with the French composer Michel Berger. The rock opera is called Starmania, and includes SOS about an “earthling" in distress.I prefer the version with the wings. Regarding the wings reference: The national animal of Kazakhstan is the golden eagle, a symbol of independence, freedom and flight to the future . He often uses this motif.

Does Mayhem Jesus work with Messer as in Mitch Grassi?? Although my tastes generally run fairly obscure, I can say that although Dimash is probably the best technical singer (objectively) that I have experienced, on a subjective level, Mitch Grassi is my favorite living vocalist..I don't think he even realizes how special his voice is..keep waiting for him to do something more arty besides covers and pop..I might just have to write some songs for him myself!!
