How can their families let them to be subject to these conditions??? Simple because the family member will not tolerate someone stealing from them one minute and returning with heroin the next. Drug dealers showing up at your house, police, Hepatitis. On and on. If you've never experienced it, yes it might be hard to understand. These people need to find rock bottom but make no mistake, ONE addict in this video needed to experience a day like this! FINALLY said enough is enough; I'm ready to get help. There is beauty in suffering and its sometimes hard to see. One of these beautiful souls went to detox 6 days ago and is on the path to sobriety and righousness. The library was also a place to go . But now, we have a new problem in Switzerland, especially in Geneva: this is the crack... Again, it's a drug coming from the United States... It well to count about responsability individual and freedom in the u.s., but except to save money for the governement, it is not the solution, and cause this sad show, that in Europe, we have to solve the problem with many social work. The conclusion is, don't surestimate the people, there are more fragile that you think. Sorry for my bad english.

I'm 62 years old worked all my life in nursing but had a problem. God delivered me. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23. I am saved by grace.

@@ednajeanamos7224 My sister lost her first born child to a Fentanyl overdose. He was in a car accident and doctors got him hooked on pain killers. Then the kid who caused his injury turned to heroin for recreational purposes and persuaded my nephew to inject drugs to relieve his pain. My nephew died and the scumbag recreational user has been in and out of rehab 27 times and is still using. So you should understand my lack of sympathy for recreational drug users who choose to not work and live on the streets getting high all day. I'm not talking about everyone. Just recreational users. My sister actually started a foundation to spread awareness of the stigma attached to drug users. Good luck with your fight to stay sober. I hope you continue to succeed.

The guys that make the money know how to use the addicts to take most of the risk... Every time I see one of these Kensington videos I wonder about the various streets and landmarks. Is Kensington Avenue the street under the elevated railway tracks? Does Allegheny Avenue intersect with Kensington Avenue? Which corner is the Clearfield restaurant located? Do they have good food there? I also am curious about the Rainbow store. It looks to be a fairly nice clothing store. How can they stay in business with all the street crime going on? I was able to figure out that the park with the impressive looking building is called McPherson square park, and that building is a public library. The whole Kensington area is fascinating to see in these videos, but I certainly wouldn’t want to live there.

In western Maryland is a shelter for women that's wants out of the drug life. It's the best I've seen in a very long time. Just watch Brooke's House and it's on KZbin. They don't turn down any women.

Je suis Quebecoise et je trouve terrible qu'il n'est pas des refuges chauds pour ses personnes Peu importe leur condition ce sont comme nous tous des êtres humains au prise avec une dépendance Ici j'ai jamais vue un être humain dehors les jours froid et si il y en a ce sont eux qui ne veulent pas aller dans les refuges pour itinérants mais des patrouilles passent dans les rues pour voir leurs conditions et distribué du linge chaud du café et nourriture médicaments.Il ne faut pas jugé ses gens car ce sont les enfants de quelq'un le frère là soeur etc...Il faut aider et non non les jugés.Oui sa peut être choquant de les voir se détruire avec des drogues mortels mais savoir le fond de leur histoire J'ai vu des médecins,des avocats avoir tout perdu dans peu de temps à cause de ses substances,ou autres comme le jeu, l'alcool,Ceux et celles qui sont s'en défauts lèvent leurs mains.Que Dieu vienne en aide à tous ses pauvres gens 🙏🙏🙏🙏🇨🇦

Basically they’re highlighting the people that don’t want help and then they keep showing it to us over and over again on various channels. When do you even has an Amazon wish list and he distribute supplies to the homeless. I can’t think of how that’s helping. It’s like my grandson who doesn’t want to grow up and get a real job. So he keeps begging all his relatives for money and child recently people gave it to them. And then all of a sudden they realize oh my god he’s 26 and he can’t support himself.
