I'm in Toronto and we just had a major snow fall last night..I prefer snow on the mountains, live us city folks alone. I hope you are feeling better, must be tough to have a cold/sore throat when you are a musician.

Exactly, snow belongs on the mountains IMO, where folks who like it can drive to it and ski or snowboard or whatever. And it looks all postcard pretty. Luckily, we don't tend to have much snow here in Vancouver, and it usually gets washed away by the rain in a couple of hours. We're still dealing with that 3 or 4" though, a week later. And it's still cold, below freezing every night, so the side streets are still all messy (and icy). They didn't pick up our garbage this past week either because the trucks can't manage the side streets and lanes!
