Chances are that if she's stumbled across this video, then she can't have possibly missed the original. In my humble opinion I think many people like this cover cause it's done by a band they actually know, unlike some x-factor contestant etc. Bit like when people say 'he could sing the phonebook and I'd still listen it' :)
