He has time to learn but he’s away from the job site more than anyone else and yet still is trying to learn when he can. Eric unsupervised has been proven to fail, ray however has not

Tino is a great guy he might always be just around the corner, but he works hard. i think Ryan should show him a bit more love ❤️ and give him the recognition he deserves 👏 as for biggie Ray he makes me laugh and has the easiest job on victory, and he likes standing around a lot. Eric is a great guy and knows his job. Then there is francisco, who is a very likeable guy who also knows his job well. Ryan, you are a legend in my book. i just love the way you motivate your guys to work hard for you ❤

Having the guys trained to do more tasks is a great asset! Who knows, maybe you can expand winter operations with more accounts to keep your crew employed year round. If you don't want the added responsibility, could even encourage them to do winter work on thier own with rented equipment from Easy Money Rentals!

Completely wild idea, but with time this well-coordinated Victory team could pull it off: synchronized plowing / skid steering in snow to Tchaikovsky, especially Serenade for Strings in C. The beginning of that piece offers breathtaking choreographic opportunities for the ages, and for very many settings 🙂. Bizet offers opportunities here, too ❤.

Glow plug relay is super common on the 7.3. also there was a recall on the camshaft speed sensor on those to cause no starts randomly. If the sensor is gray recall has been done. If it is black, recall not done. It's right above the crank pulley on the left side (looking at engine from front)

Kind of nice to see you training these guys to plow and work the snow for you. Couldn’t understand last year you wearing yourself out doing it with just bugs and these boys having to find work elsewhere. Plus, now you get them all trained on running the equipment. Making yourself unstoppable. Love it!!! It is hard training people, because it’s easier for you to do it yourself.

Well I’m sure that Bugs was expensive to pay, with his years experience. Probably not leaving much room for payroll for the rest of the guys… With them (Ryan, Eric and Frans) going out of town it only makes sense to have Tino and Ray do it. I know Ryan give Tino a hard time, but he is a good worker and can run equipment, which is a great thing to have on a crew.

You should get a code reader, that way you can see the codes yourself. I drive up and down the east coast i picked one up for 75, its nothing special but it works good and helps in a pinch. Sometimes can save you a trip to the mechanic. I got mine at the autoparts store. Love the vids.

I plow snow in Sweden and when someone new was driving we always made sure to have a up to date map of what has to been done. You may have it but it's a pretty good for new guys/girls to be able to double check that nothing gets missed. If you do not have it print some satilite pics mark the areas and laminate it :)

My 08 Chevy Silverado 😊duramax diesel Dually wouldn’t turn over. After 3 dealerships the last one found the issue. It was a $20 relay switch. That was 4 years ago haven’t had issue since. Good luck. 🍀 ❤

If you park the "Salter" at 90 degree to the salt shed then you don't have to turn around ... It will cut your loading times in half , saving time and money , making the operation far more effective.
