I went to snows in 2011 before they really blew up. My cousin and I had ribs brisket maybe some sausage. The woman behind the counter asked if I wanted to try the pork steak, which looked dry and crusty, but I figured why not. Let me tell you, that pork steak was the sleeper hit and 12 years later I still dream about it! That pork steak was out of this world! It was soft on the inside and the flavor was explosively delicious!!

Ha ha! I grew up in New York City and what I thought was barbecue became complete and utter garbage, until I had my first bite of Texas barbecue in 2004 when I visited Texas for the first time. It was truly life-changing!
