Everyone does it differently. So do what you think is good. There is no wrong way of trimming the fat off other than not doing it at all. Trim what you think makes it look good and thats probably good enough.
@heroofharo5 ай бұрын
I mean she kind of covered it, the harder it is, the thicker the fat. Find a spot with a 1/4 inch layer, and get a feel for it. Trim to feel. It's easier on higher quality briskets. Lower quality cuts are a bit harder since the fat cap is often thinner, but you still need to trim the oxidized layer.

@@whereRbearsTeeth Stop watching fox news and right wing media. You're clearly being fueled with hate. Acknowledging the accomplishment that someone of a particular race/ethnciity is now part of a group that you don't typically see them in is not "making things about race". It's acknowledging the very real reality of race. It's very easy to act like these things aren't important or motivating especially when you're already a part of the "in group". I'm gonna go on a limb and assume you're not a latina woman. Imagine how motiving this could be for a little girl especially a little latina girl to realize she has this career path as an option in life? Life is nuanced. Simply bringing up race isn't "making this about race" in a negative context. Nor what is "wrong in this country".

The Asmoke Essential is not only portable but also offers more precise temperature control, thanks to its digital controller. The flavor of my barbecues has also improved significantly due to the variety of wood pellet flavors available. I love the convenience it brings to my outings - I can easily pack it up for a tailgate or a camping trip, thanks to its lightweight and compact design. The battery-powered feature is a bonus as it allows me to grill anywhere without worrying about power sources. Plus, the ability to monitor and adjust temperature remotely via the app adds an extra layer of convenience. The transition has been smooth, and the taste and ease of use have made Asmoke my preferred choice for grilling. #Asmoke
