MAJOR SPOILER WARNING She is not left with the prince.It is not clear who she chooses but it is obvious she has stronger feelings for the Huntsman,When Snow is crowned queen in the end she looks at William but she searches for the Huntsman across the throne room and when he reveals himself she seems relieved and happy while they both smile to each other.Also it was the Huntman who woke her up with his kiss and when she woke up she was crying from what he had previously said to her...
