Over 55? You know it. Love the paver sites. Wow, that pool was so nice along with the club house. This one of the nicest resorts I have seen. Love the activities. I agree, the dog park seemed a little tight. We have one of "The Villages", near us, we will have to check it out. Thanks for the video. You guys rock.

Check out Frostproof Florida in Polk County,plenty of reasonably priced senior parks with a charming downtown with 2 beautiful large lakes great for bass fishing,a little off the beaten path that hasn't really been discovered yet.

We winter in the Villages and there are two RV clubs here. The TVRV club has over 250 rigs and the Rovers an FMCA club has over 100 rigs. Talk about car clubs there are too mention. You can not go out without seeing several Corvettes! The RV storage business is booming!

Royal Oaks Park in Dundee is $30 a night and $425 a month. Older park but small and well kept with lots of activities.

Have you found many luxury RV parks over 55 where you can buy your site with a cottage/park model on it and a low POA monthly fees with no lot rent? I found one such place and I’m strongly considering buying there but going through a divorce it’s important where I hang my hat and how much it costs to maintain. I’m welcoming suggestions please.

Oh. My. Gosh! Mike and Jen, sincere hugs & blessings from Alberta, Canada! ❤️ My husband, Peter & I, will be retiring in 5 years and lately, we’ve been truly daydreaming about creating a lifestyle where we can fully enjoy many more adventures, God-willing. Now, we’re from Nova Scotia and so, we for sure will be relocating back there, possibly buying a little cottage and then snowbirding for at least 4 months of the year, to beautiful Florida. We have considered The Villages, but don’t wish to own out-of-country and simply enjoy visiting The Villages, while living in a lovely campground nearby, like Summerfield. -Can you tell me if we could also store the camper there and if so, how much this would cost? -We might simply wish to drive back to Nova Scotia with it so that we can also camp around our province too, but I just thought I’d ask this important question, just in case we wanted to keep it there all year long. I am so excited to binge-watch your videos! 😂 We sincerely wish to thank you for your time, your energy and your help with folks like us who are daydreaming about having further adventures in our golden years! We’re already Florida residence (Ft. Myers Beach) so “snowbird” doesn’t exactly identify who we are. So I wonder if there are “year round” folks who use those parks (pay for all year but come and go with their travel trailers) for a home base?

We are researching to plan our first rv trip to Florida next winter. We like privacy so state parks is a great option. To budget, can you recommend or suggest areas of Florida that are more reasonable. We have e bikes as we have a Motorhome. Thanks

My husband and I are almost 50. We do not see the attraction of these “over 55” places. Have no desire at all to go or stay at one. We will avoid them.

I do hope they are abiding by the rules of The coronavirus safety for those over 55 especially have you noticed that QUESTION Are they sanitized especially the gym the pool etc. it’s very important that they do take care of the elderly and do they have the testing coming to them at the location???

There needs to be more family friendly (non 55+) RV parks in that area. I have family in the Villages but in order to visit closest non 55 park is 90min away

Just one big parking lot. It will be Unbearable hot in the summer. You probably had to cut down tons of oaks to make this a parking lot. What a shame. No thanks!

I would never step foot in The Villeges. Too many republicans. No thanks. But the other Rv park looks great.
