Snowboard for beginners - Step 1 - How to Start Snowboarding

Learn snowboarding basics with free RIDERS app for iOS and Android- riders.co/. In this video Anton Lavrentiev tells about first steps on a snowboard. Before heading to the slopes learn how to ride on a flat surface with one foot in the binding.
Lock your leading foot into its binding and leave the back one free, feel snowboard under your feet then try skating. Push off the ground with your back leg on your heel edge side and slide. Try this exercise on a flat surface then move to very low incline slope. Riding in this position hold your center of weight over the center of your board. Don't push down too hard, lean back onto your heels to break.
