How to Drop in on a Skateboard - Tutorial for beginners

In this video Max Birukov is sharing a trick tip on how to drop in on a skateboard. A Drop in is when you ride down the obstacle. It is the first trick that you need to know on any ramp or quater. In order to perform a Drop in you have to first get a feel for the pipe you are going to ride. Also to build confidence try standing on the ground place the board onto the tail and quickly shift it on to your front foot while holding your balance.
A small pipe is the ideal place to practice this move. Now just like you did on the ground place your board on the tail and quickly shift most of your weight onto your front foot. You need to kind of dive into the pipe, front shoulder first.
The two most common mistakes are as follows - the fear of diving down with your board and putting too much weight onto your front truck!
