Hello, no problem, thanks for watching! So I usually don't include sets and reps for the first section of plyos since it'll vary for each person depending on many different factors. However, generally, I'll do the following: Pogos - 2x10 each and Jumps - about 3 sets of 3-4 reps. Sometimes I'll say the sets and reps during the video too so I might've included it there! 😁
