Even though he got hurt, i think its so great that you guys were skiing with someone who was a stranger just a few hours before. Getting hurt with friends is a little less painful than getting hurt alone

This is why boarders and skiers should helped one another as we all both shared the same sports and passion. I just helped a boarder yesterday who face planted in icy area and broke his nose. Keep safe everyone.

Wow- this was exactly the time last year when I broke my ankle and tibia on some monster moguls, and it was the last run of the day!! Yep, the lesson I've learned is DON'T take that last run- it's when most accidents happen, haha. That guy was lucky to have you guys there :)

And that is why I would prefer to snowboard over skiing. Breaking a leg or blowing out a knee is negative fun when on a mountain. I do understand snowboarding and falling can cause you to "try to catch yourself" and that is a one way road to broken wrists and or hands. Never try to catch yourself. Learn how to fall properly and be safe.
@falconsfeather69705 ай бұрын
Is it considered “falling safe” when I broke a wrist by flinging my arms behind me instead of letting my head hit the ground 😅

They started from so much higher on the mountain which is such a wonderful experience but what would happen if he got hurt way up. God bless you guys for recording this experience even if it is a fragment of your overall experience. I snow skied on a smaller scale but when I wiped out (didn't get hurt) my only concern was the gear I rented. One ski was by the parking lot.
