I remember doing this as an elementary schooler, only instead of white paper to make snowflakes, we used yellow and orange paper to make marigolds for Dia De Los Muertos! I would tape up paper cut flowers all over my bedroom window in the last days of October, along with folded paper skulls. I know this is Craftsmas, but now I'm all nostalgic for my favorite fall holiday!

This is giving me so much nostalgia for Christmas Time! Every year my mom would watch Kirsties Handmade Christmas and make some sort of craft (this year she’s crocheting practically everything she can think of) and this just makes me think of a smaller version of that and makes me want to be like my mom and make something for the holiday!

Woah i've never seen a snowflake made like this! I used to always cut out a circle, fold it into a sort of flat cone shape, and then cut along the edges, but this seems so much easier :O
